Research Interests

I’m a PhD student in computer science at Universidad del Valle, Colombia. My research involves development and application of stochastic models for predicting and modeling phenomena related to protein folding proteins within the “Bioinformatics and Biocomputation” research group. Specifically, I am interested in learning about predicting and modeling secondary structure of proteins.
